Howards Storage World (HSW) is a national retail chain with over 50 stores Australia wide and an emerging international presence in parts of Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

HSW was nominated by Business Review Weekly (BRW – A Fairfax publication) as within the top 50 fastest growing franchises.

The rapid growth presents many challenges at an operational and technical level. The Cavalry addressed these issues by providing unlimited IT support services at a fixed price to HSW’s Head Office. This included managing the project rollout of a wide area network to some 50 stores and designing and implementing a new backup and disaster recovery plan.
