With a fixed price unlimited service when something goes wrong it’s our responsibility to fix it regardless of the number of visits we have to make. That’s why we are motivated to ensure your network is always running without fault.
I want a commitment as to when I’ll get support
Our clients can log a support request with The Cavalry at any time of the day. Between 8:30am and 5:30pm your network-wide issues will be opened within 1 hour and single user issues within 4 hours.
I don’t want my bill to change every month
Again with our fixed price service, your bills for service within our mutually agreed scope will be the same every month.
I want my problems to be fixed the first time and not pay for it if they’re not
Again, your goal is our goal… if it’s not fixed the first time we’ll be backat no additional charge to the monthly rate, to ensure it is fixed.
